If you’re into having a gourmet experience without breaking the budget, Castas&Pratos might be just what you’re looking for. It is located in a former train station warehouse, right next to Aneto (a favorite of ours). The ambiance is sophisticated without being too formal. We loved the design of the ground floor, which looks more like a wine bar and tapas place. You’ll find the proper restaurant upstairs, which is also beautifully decorated.
Everything we’ve tried was perfectly prepared and carefully presented. The staff is as thoughtful as you would expect in a place like this, and the whole meal was an absolute delight. Everyone we talked to has recommended us Castas&Pratos, and you can tell it’s a favorite by how hard it is to get a reservation. Make sure you plan ahead to avoid disapointments.
