This restaurant seems to be quite popular in the area, although we were lucky enough to be almost immediately seated upstairs. We went there during lunchtime, attracted by its very affordable and tasty lunch menus. Mine included hot and cold soba and some yummy tempura – everything delicious! We loved being able to see how they make the fresh soba noodles, through a glass wall on the ground floor. Furthermore, the staff seated us by a window that offered a full view of the busy street!
It’s a charming traditional place that had mainly Japanese people, and no tourists at all (besides us). What a great discovery!
