Riad 37 – A Luxurious Retreat in the Bustling Medina

It’s no secret that Marrakech has some of the most beautiful places to stay around the world. It doesn’t matter if you prefer a minimalistic style or old-world elegance, we can guarantee that the city has something to offer you.
As soon as we stumbled upon Riad 37, we became obsessed. This new project checked all the boxes, and after spending three nights there, we can’t recommend it enough to everyone looking for a memorable stay inside the bustling Medina. If you don’t believe us, feel free to see it for yourself!

From the outside, you can’t really tell you’re about to enter a luxurious Retreat. You could easily miss the front door if you were not paying attention. But as soon as you step inside, all the noise from the hectic streets is replaced by the serenity and peaceful atmosphere of this place. The Riad has eight rooms, all exquisitely decorated and quite spacious. We felt immediately at home, almost forgetting to lock our bedroom door while we explored the stunning courtyards of the house. And don’t make us talk about the staff: it was truly the most welcoming and friendly ever!

Every morning we were delighted to start the day with a variety of fresh bread, fruit, and everything else we could wish for a proper breakfast. They serve it on the rooftop terrace, with views across the city. In case you don’t want to go out for dinner, we can highly recommend you try out some Morroco cuisine made by the in-house kitchen team. Not only the food was absolutely delicious but also the scenery was quite romantic.

Riad 37 is exactly what we look for when choosing a place to stay. A perfect combination of design and comfort. Full of little corners where you can relax, but also common areas that allow you to meet other travelers from around the globe. It’s located in a very safe neighborhood, only a 10-minute walk from the famous Jemaa el-Fna. And it is so much more than a hotel, but rather a peaceful reatreat where you can feel at home while visiting one of the most exciting cities in the world.
